Channels Signal Categories

Website reporting organized by what matters.

Every operational signal your agency produces — orders, form submissions, deploys, uptime alerts, invoices, backups — is organized into a channel: a purpose-built dashboard that rolls up across every client and drills down into each one. Channels normalize data across platforms so WooCommerce orders and Craft Commerce orders speak the same language.

Common questions

What is a Burrow channel?
A channel is a purpose-built reporting dashboard rendered from a category of operational signals — code, forms, ecommerce, analytics, monitoring, invoicing, backups, or system health. Each channel rolls its signals up across every client you manage and drills down per site, with nothing to configure: the views render from the events already flowing through Burrow.
Can I create custom channels?
Yes — and they are full channels, not webhook buckets. Send events through the API or PHP/TypeScript SDKs with your own naming conventions, pull any HTTP feed (XML or JSON) with a no-code scheduled connector, and design the dashboard yourself with the widget builder: KPIs, timeseries, and breakdowns built from your own event properties and tags.
Do channels work across different platforms?
That's the point. The Ecommerce channel normalizes order events from WooCommerce and Craft Commerce into the same structure — with Shopify support in development. The Forms channel captures submissions from Gravity Forms, CF7, and Craft CMS forms identically. Channels are platform-agnostic by design.
